Vespa is a four-piece West Michigan band blending smoky melodies and dynamic rhythms for a sound that feels both fresh and timeless. Once described as what might happen if a ‘90s female-fronted band grew up on Muscle Shoals, their chemistry is impossible to overlook.

Lead singer and songwriter Sarah VE wields a tenor guitar, crafting heartfelt lyrics that balance vulnerability with power. Saxman Rolly Smith weaves soaring notes with tender moments, adding depth and a soulful, bluesy edge. Anchoring it all is a top-tier rhythm section (Chris Carr and Danny McCoy) who listen closely, shifting effortlessly between driving energy and laid-back grooves.
